Pongal Specials

Pongal is the traditional harvest festival celebrated in South India. 'Pongal' comes from the word 'ponga' which means 'boil over' or that which is 'overflowing'.
It's also the name of the special sweet dish cooked on the Pongall day that is made by boiling rice with  milk.
